Jen Pedersen brings more than two decades of real estate experience to The Estate Collective. After making Grand Junction her home in 2001, Jen launched her real estate career in 2005 and has since built a reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and deep local expertise. She is known for guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and care — whether they’re selling long-held properties, relocating, or navigating life transitions. Jen’s comprehensive market knowledge and community roots make her an invaluable partner for families facing decisions about their homes and legacies.

Julie Shafer- Realtor, Team Leader & Collaborative Strategist
Julie Shafer is a native of Grand Junction and an accomplished real estate professional with a track record of leadership and service. Before founding The Shafer Team in 2016, Julie owned and managed successful businesses in media, marketing, and event production — giving her a unique advantage in communication, branding, and client advocacy.
